This test is conducted to show the volume (gallons per minute) of water delivered at a set pressure. (This test is not to be confused for a well recovery test.)
Following the EPA protocols for testing during a real estate transaction. Radon is a radioactive gas that has been found in homes all over the U.S. It comes from the natural breakdown of uranium in soil, rock and water and gets into the air you breathe. Asbestos was a mineral used in many forms of insulation and building products. Asbestos was deemed to not only be a good insulation material, but also a great fire proofing material and bonding agent. Asbestos was used in many products: floor tiles, siding, roofing shingles, pipe & ductwork insulation, older wall board, roofing cements. Asbestos has been determined to be a cancer causing product, that if disturbed or in a deteriorating state, can be inhaled causing a health hazard. This sampling and analysis is performed by an outside qualified and licensed contractor and lab.

We can arrange for this outside service to be performed by a licensed septic inspector in your area. We highly recommend that a thorough septic system inspection be performed by a qualified, licensed septic system contractor. Septic repairs and replacements can run into  thousands of dollars.

Air, Surface and Carpet Sampling (non-destructive sampling). We are a Certified Residential Mold Inspector performing initial collection of surface and air samples to determine if a problem may exist.
Samples are taken and kept under strict chain of custody control and analyzed at an approved EMLAP accedited lab.

Phase 1 environmental inspections are conducted where there is reason to believe that an environmental problem may exist and consist of 3 distinct categories;

         1.  Pre-site evaluation through historical record review and owner/operator questionnaire.
         2.  Site inspection through visual observation of the property
         3.  Submitting a written report
